COVID VACCINATION UPDATE - Please DO NOT contact the practice with any COVID vaccination queries. Please note the following information when attending your appointment:
"If you have a general query about the COVID-19 vaccine, please look on the NHS Inform website or use the national helpline 0800 030 8013 which is open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
If you are over the age of 75 or in the Government Shielding List, and have not yet had your first Covid vaccine dose, please contact the practice as soon as possible.
Please read the information in the links below before attending your appointment."
- come to our entrance door at the precise time of your appointment, we have no waiting room available.
- There are no toilet facilities available in the surgery, sorry.
- the vaccination will be given on your upper arm, please wear clothing so that this area can be accessed quickly.
- If you, or anyone in your household develops covid symptoms in the 14 days before your appointment, please let us know and we will rearrange.
- you will be given details of your second vaccine appointment when we book your first; please keep details of this safe
- you will be asked, when you attend for your vaccination, if you have read the Patient Information Leaflet’. This is attached here, please read it before you come.
- we will not have time in the appointment to discuss the vaccination with you or answer any questions you may have.
